Wisely Group is looking for our next Leader, an experienced Human Resources Manager, to join our Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and innovating in HR generalist functions, focusing on talent acquisition, Human Resources, workforce planning, and team leadership
- Engaging stakeholders effectively, with a keen eye for detail in analysis, report preparation, and project planning
- Fostering a positive, agile work environment, overseeing the successful recruitment project outcomes for both white and blue-collar roles
To qualify, you will need a tertiary education in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with extensive years of experience in an HR generalist function.
Your provenability to lead a team, as well as work autonomously in a standalone role, is crucial.
Furthermore, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email is required, along with fluency in English for both written and oral communication. While not mandatory, integrated HR/Payroll systems experience and a solid working knowledge of Australian-specific HR legislation will be highly beneficial.
Your qualifications should also include:
- Solid understanding and experience in recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Training coordination and facilitation skills
- Ability to work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment, while meeting stringent deadlines
- A high degree of confidentiality maintenance
- Experience in a contracting business or similar environment
