Your Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Managerto lead the HR Department in Australia on a Permanent Full-time basis.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Implement the Bova Human Resources strategy to align HR policies, practices and programs to the organisation’s strategy and business direction.
- Advisor and executor on the best organisational design for teams and the company to be successful.
- Bring cutting edge thought leadership on people and workplace practices.
- Be a coach to managers and the Executive team.
- Build a talent acquisition strategy including a compelling employee value proposition (EVP).
- Provide input into the company wide strategic plan for an organisational capability perspective as well as the HR team perspective.
- Be a trusted advisor to the CEO, Managers and Executive team on all people related matters, particularly strategic organisational design, and HR practices.
- Enhance the culture with alignment to the values and company success.
- Own internal communications around people and organisational change.
- Support the CEO and Executive Team with their responsibilities through the provision of relevant HR data, information, and advice.
What you will bring to our Family
- A passionate to help animals is a must.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
- A proven record as a HR professional in a multidisciplinary organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, lead and implement a broad range of contemporary HR and organisational development strategies, programs, policies, and operational practices to successfully support the strategic objectives of the business.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation including, equal employment, employee relations and health and safety.
- Strong organisational and project management skills and sound business acumen.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR issues and practices, including performance management, employee engagement and talent management.
- Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication, influencing, negotiation and coaching skills and the ability to build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experiencing using Human Resources Information Systems, Employment Hero preferable.
