In the pursuit of our organisational objectives and in tandem with our expansion in Queensland, the Human Resources Officer will assume a pivotal position within our operations. Collaborating closely with front-line teams, this role is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of care to the young people we support, guided by the MANAWISE Practice Framework, MANAWISE HR Framework, evidence-based practices, and innovations in therapeutic, trauma-informed care.
As a Human Resources Officer, your responsibilities will encompass providing efficient and effective Human Resources practices and support across our services and programs. You will serve as a key advisor to leaders and staff, offering accurate and relevant professional and practice-oriented information to inform decision-making. Ensuring the organisation adheres to its Human Resources obligations and responsibilities will be integral to your role, along with overseeing and maintaining HR systems and resources to the highest standards.
You will be nurtured by a strategic group HR lead who will guide your development and support you for any complex matters, yet enable you to leverage your expertise, encourage your solutions focussed problem solving approach and facilitate your professional development.
Ideally you will experience in the community services sector and be passionate about delivery values-based care coupled with 3+ years' experience in a HR based role.
