An exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. You will have full exposure to all facets of Human Resources.
Your Role:
As our Human Resources Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success through strategic HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our company goals.
- Day – to – day operations of all Human Resources activities throughout the organisation, including training, development, recruitment, employee benefits, industrial relations, HR system management.
- Managing recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Supporting employee development and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with HR regulations and policies.
- Handling employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources of a related discipline preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
