Day to day In this role you will be responsible for: Manage the development, implementation and ongoing review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with relevant legislation Align HR strategies with Grange's objectives, working closely with the senior management team Provide advice and guidance to Managers and supervisors on HR matters, including conflict resolution, employment issues, performance management Assist with Enterprise Agreement negotiations and the resolution of industrial relations issues Develop and implement initiatives which promote and improve workplace culture and employee wellness Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing and benefits enrolment Who you are To be successful in this role you have: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources with an extensive understanding of the employee life cycle Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management role in a mining, heavy-manufacturing environment In-depth knowledge…
