About the Opportunity We are on the search for an experienced Human Resources/Industrial Relations Manager to join one of our major infrastructure projects in Victoria. The role will be responsible for leading and providing strategic and day to day advice across the HR/IR function, as well as partnering with all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient, effective and practical implementation of the broader scope of the function. The successful candidate will work across office and site locations affiliated with the project and your ability to build and retain strong relationships is critical to the success of this role.
