Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and growth of our care administration products. This position requires a self-starter with a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and a fresh approach to Business Development.
Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the healthcare industry, identifying key players, market trends, and emerging opportunities for Medication Management SaaS adoption.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilise various channels to identify and engage potential clients, including in home care, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organisations.
- Solution Selling: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our Medication Management SaaS to healthcare professionals, demonstrating how our solution addresses their specific needs and challenges.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS platform, emphasising its ability to improve medication safety, reduce errors, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, understanding their pain points and aligning our solution with their strategic objectives.
- Networking: Attend industry networking events to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritise a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress through the sales cycle and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client needs effectively.
- Market Feedback: Gather and communicate market feedback to the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of our Medication Management SaaS solution.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in in the aged, community and disability healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex deals with confidence.
