Role Title:ICT Change Manager (Salesforce)
Duration: 12 Months + 2x 12 Month Extensions
Rate: $125 per hour + Super
Location: Canberra
Negative Vetting Level 1 Clearance is required upon application.
Talenza has partnered with a prominent Federal Government organisation to offer a new opportunity for an ICT Change Manager.
The Change Manager will be responsible for developing Change Management Plans and related artefacts to ensure optimal outcomes for stakeholders. This involves adopting a holistic approach and utilizing five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver a change management strategy and plan for the project.
- Develop and deliver a communication management strategy and plan for the project.
- Collaborate with the project team to implement the agreed plan across all stakeholders, covering areas such as communications, stakeholder management, user engagement and participation, implementation, user training, and business process improvement.
- Create and provide a structured change management plan (including templates) to assist stakeholders in developing their internal change management plans for project outputs. This includes clearly defining roles and responsibilities among stakeholders and the project(s).
- Report to and attend project meetings as needed, including project boards or user advisory groups.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Organisational Change Manager role, delivering desired business outcomes in a large and complex information technology organisation.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and operational staff.
- Experience with ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, or ACMP change management methodologies, and applying these to Agile and Prince2 projects.
