Join the Operations and Performance Branch on a fixed term temporary full time basis for 2 years with an optional extension of 1 year. Reporting to the Team Lead, Workforce Services, this position undertakes the fulfilment of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) procurement and contract management activities in relation to project resource requirements for contracted labour and services which supports Queensland Health initiatives and objectives in accordance with Queensland Procurement Policy.
The role
The role is required to assist to manage, coordinate, and provide high quality ICT contracted labour procurement and undertake tasks as directed and maintain high level of professional practices and develop effective relationships with all client group, through liaison and consultation, to achieve delivery of a quality service to those clients.
In addition to this you will be responsible for:
- You will assist with delivering ICT contracted labour procurement and contract management services including:
- Develop and maintain documents and files including word processing, databases and spread sheeting application and maintain computerised records for high purchasing integrity.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and management of quality management systems and controls for internal procedures, systems, and documents to enhance the operation of the organisation.
- Assist with support to Director and Manager, Workforce Services in the delivery of ICT contracted labour activities.
- Contribute to the development of a highly skilled, motivated team with competency levels which meet Team, Branch and Divisional business requirements and the need of the team's internal and external clients.
