The Role:
The ICT Cyber Security Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, testing and review of Northern Health's ICT Cyber Security systems to meet the mandated DoH (Department of Health) Cyber Security controls. The primary role of the ICT Cyber Security Manager is to protect the integrity of the Northern Health Data and to prevent unauthorized access. You will be responsible for informing management, staff, and Government stakeholders about security measures, explain potential threats, install software, implement security measures, monitor networks, reporting and improvement of Information Security processes and standards.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in performing penetration tests and auditing standards.
- Progressive experience in Information Security Services, in compliance with security regulations and frameworks.
- Proactive attitude within a collaborative environment.
- Experience with (but not limited to):
- Tenable
o Forescout
o Cisco ISE
o Cisco Umbrella
- SOC
- Other IPS / IDS tools
- WSUS
- SCCM
- Excellent customer focus and keen attention to detail.
- Information Security experience.
- Experience with medium scale Enterprise environment organisations.
- Firewall policy management knowledge (ASA.)
- Demonstrated level of understanding of Windows server including AD/DNS/IAS and Exchange.
- Good understanding of security authentication concepts such as wireless authentication - PEAP, Radius, TACACS.
- Network monitoring including syslog and SNMP.
- Excellent time and personnel management skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Have a valid/current Victorian driver's license.
- Current National Police and Working with Children History Check.
- The Staff Immunisation Questionnaire must be completed by all new employees as part of the mandatory on-boarding process. New employees are not permitted to undertake any activity that requires patient contact prior to clearance by the Staff Immunisation Nurses; this also includes evidence of having the Flu vaccination on a yearly basis and being fully vaccinated against Covid-19. New employees with contra-indications to vaccinations or who decline vaccination are required to attend a face-to-face consultation with the Immunisation Nurses for appropriate documentation of their contraindications or declination. This must be completed PRIOR to commencing any work with Northern Health.
