Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont are expanding and are looking for a Receptionist to join the team. Join us and be a crucial part of a leading real estate organisation dedicated to excellence and innovation. 

This role will work in collaboration with all departments and will suit an individual who is highly organised and has proven attention to detail. 

You will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Answering switchboard and direct queries to related team member
• Attending to queries both via email and office walk ins 
• Maintain presentation of front reception, boardroom and office
• Maintain Boardroom and meeting room booking schedules
• Keeping office supplies up to date/ inventory checks and completing Coles & Officeworks ordering
• Execution of new listing posts and weekly home open posts on social media using templates 
• Creating property brochures and signs
• Creating property newspaper advertising
• Sending buyer alerts and e-newsletters
• Scanning and archiving as required 
• Database management 
• Assistance with event marketing coordination
• Assistance with general office duties
   

The successful applicant must have the following attributes:

• Proficiency with Microsoft office and Adobe suite software
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
• Highly organised and self-motivated 
• High attention to detail
