With a flourishing retail and business centre, numerous activities and events, you’ll discover an idyllic quality of life in the Riverland.About the OpportunityThis is not your average IT role - you will be client-facing and solutions-focused, supporting both users on/offsite based across the Riverland and various locations within Australia.PTS are looking for an experienced ICT Support Engineer to join their growing business in their Support Team. They are looking for an individual who has had prior experience working within a helpdesk environment, ideally at an MSP. You will primarily be based in the office, providing remote technical support to their diverse clients as well as providing onsite technical work at their client’s premises. You will be responsible for supporting PTS’ technical infrastructure, daily end user support and maintenance of general IT Systems in a meticulous and responsive manner to ensure a high level of service is maintained.As an ICT Support Engineer, you will be exposed to an exciting and diverse workload across Infrastructure, Networks, Business Applications, Project Management and Cyber Security.As an ICT Support Engineer with PTS, your responsibilities will include: Helpdesk support via email, telephone and onsite Resolving incidents in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount Triaging incoming client calls and incidents in an appropriate and sufficient manner Monitoring and action alerts from client systems Diagnosing and problem-solving PC hardware and application issues using your technical and diagnostic skills whilst being able to communicate outcomes to end users of all levels.
