The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Operations, the Implementation Consultant is required to work as a key member of the skilled project team, delivering high quality project deliverables and meeting customer expectations throughout Australia to new and existing customers through the use of MPS "Best Practices" implementation methodology.
The role is within the Clinical Services Delivery and hence requires a high degree of clinical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for high quality delivery of assigned project activities including but not limited to:
- Customer Training:
- Work with clients to define the business processes, content and structure of their proposed database and tailor the database to meet customer needs.
- Performing business area process, report, interface and custom development analysis to confirm
- Support user issues during the implementation phase in conjunction with customer resources.
- Ensure assigned project tasks are completed in a timely manner and escalate any delays as soon as they are known.
- Ensure your knowledge is up to date at all times. Ensure that you are across new features as well as being able to implement the solution end to end.
- Ensure that project Implementation methodologies are applied including the use of templates and tools.
We are looking for:
- A tertiary qualification in business, health and/or technology
- Professional work experience in the Healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience delivering software implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience in software consulting and training
- Knowledge and experience of Clinical Workflows
