A terrific opening has become available to join a growing superannuation firm in Melbourne's cbd on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is an Inbound Consultant - Superannuation Specialist, providing high quality and professional customer service to existing and prospective members and employers.
The Role
Working within a team of 20 colleagues, you will be responsible for:
Responding to inbound calls and written queries.
Providing accurate information relating to superannuation products and processes.
Following up requests, through to completion.
Promoting self-service opportunities by educating members.
Accurately recording member activity and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
About You
As a call centre operator, you understand the value of providing exceptional customer service over the phone. You don't need to be a superannuation expert to do this position, however, some financial services experience will be highly regarded. The most important elements are a great phone manner and strong customer service skills.
This is an awesome firm and this role is a great way to get a foot in the door and show what you can do. It is a 12 month contract, but exceptional performance won't go unnoticed.
