Due to growth and demand, we are looking for a motivated, professional, experienced Inbound Sales and Logistics Coordinator to joint our Domestic Logistics division in a full time capacity.
This role will focus on fielding Inbound Sales inquiries, converting new inquiries into loyal customers, and nurturing relationships with our existing portfolio of National logistics clients.

- Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal.
- A fine attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills.
- An ability to work independently, proactively and be able to trouble shoot and problem solve.
- An identifiable sales style and proven track record in sales within an Australian commercial logistics environment. In addition, any experience and exposure to commercial freight operations will be looked upon favorably.
- A solid understanding of commercial supply chain methods both within Australia and Internationally.
- Previous experience and competence using a freight system such as Cargowise or similar.
- A high quality professional attitude and application to the execution of tasks, responsibilities, and special projects.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to inbound phone and website inquiries and preparing quotation in a timely manner.
- Confidently engaging in phone-based sales, converting inquiries and new leads into confirmed sales whilst providing excellent customer focused service.
- Cultivating and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maximising the potential of the existing client base as well as identifying new market opportunities.
- Assisting, collaborating and supplementing the operations team as required.
- Tracking, managing and invoicing through the freight system.
- Other tasks as directed by management.
