Industrial Account Director

This opportunity requires an energetic Industrial property professional with a fresh set of eyes, who can provide proactive recommendations to our client to assist with the delivery of positive financial and market outcomes by having a thorough understanding of the Industrial property market and the Property and Asset Management Business Line, implementing sound business principles. You will optimise the performance of the Australia wide portfolio under management including pursuing new business strategies, maximising lease and rental negotiations, timely and accurate reporting to clients, coordination of CAPEX priorities and the provision of backup / support to your direct reports. Also important is the delivery of exceptional performance levels in accordance with the client MAA’s and KPIs. You will report to our Senior Account Director on core deliverables, BAU activities, risks, opportunities, resource management, technology and provide ongoing leadership and support to confirm a work culture focused on fun, collaboration, performance excellence and success.
