About the Role:
We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Manager to join our clients team. As the Facilities Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in running the day to day facilities operations of our industrial assets in the greater Metropolitan Melbourne area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success in the logistics and real estate sectors while advancing your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement day-to-day operations including Programmed Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance, and Compliance activities.
- Cultivate positive tenant relationships through regular communication and meetings.
- Foster strong contractor relationships to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Responsible for the Capex and Opex budgets
- Delivery of Capital projects
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives
About you:
- 2+ years of experience working on Industrial assets.
- Possess relevant industry experience in facilities management and services maintenance.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new technology
- Experience delivering Capital projects
- Unmatched customer service skills
