About the role
This role provides high quality Industrial Relations consultancy service, including advising and coaching stakeholders to ensure consistent application of relevant industrial instruments, regulatory frameworks, policies, and related legislation. Will represent the College on relevant Industrial Relations forums, committees and matters.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in the provision of Industrial Relations consultancy services, including advocacy and come from a contemporary workplace relations or Industrial Relations background; with a focus on best value, have strong consultancy skills and substantial functional knowledge in the areas of interpretation of industrial instruments, regulatory employment and Industrial Relations policies and frameworks within the public sector.
