To drive this vision forward, we are in search of a dynamic and experienced Information Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing, organising, and managing information and data, as well as providing advice on policy, business, and organisational methods. His primary focus will be on the company’s well being department, which serves our health and sport clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Analyse data concerning health and wellness trends, market demands, and consumer behaviours.
● Organise and manage information to support strategic decision-making processes within the health promotion division.
● Provide advice on policy development and implementation related to health promotion initiatives.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and organisational objectives.
● Offer insights and recommendations to enhance business operations and drive growth within the health promotion sector.
● Develop strategies to optimise resource allocation and maximise efficiency in achieving organisational goals.
● Implement organisational methods and processes to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
● Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness.
● Analyse existing client portfolio and Ideal Business Group database to find potential buyers for Ideal Wellbeing services.
● Conduct thorough market and industry research to identify potential clients and leads for Ideal Wellbeing services.
● Establish policies, business plans, and organisational structures.
● Utilise connections to establish partnerships.
● Engage in collaborative projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or Information Management
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role
