The Information Management Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for overseeing Information Management (IM) processes and systems to ensure the availability of accurate information for safe operations. This role involves managing Document and Records Management, implementing the Engineering Data Warehouse, and building partnerships with key stakeholders.

The skills we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of Information Management experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in desktop software and Document Management Systems.
• Desktop software competent - MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat reader/writer, MFD - document scanning.
• EDMS Power User skills.

The Role

• Contribute to IM's strategic direction, identify best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote IM initiatives, support Document Control Service Delivery, and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Maintain ICT governance, confidentiality, and troubleshoot issues.
• Co-Ordinate and support the core IM Process and Systems that provide up-to-date and accurate information for safe operations, including the on-going management of the Document and Records Management Processes
