Information Officer | A03 | 3+3 months contract

As an Information Officer (A03) with our client’s Digital & Information Division, you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to their customers and staff concerning information management.
As an Information Officer, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing information, advice, and services to internal customers on information management.
• Applying privacy and security controls to sensitive information.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of processes related to information management.
• Identifying and addressing risks and issues related to information management.
• Training team members and customers on information management systems and procedures.
• Utilising digital skills to efficiently process incoming requests.

We're seeking candidates who possess:

• Strong administration skills.
• Strong digital skills for processing and analysing information.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Some experience in records and/or procurement would be beneficial.
