• IT from Certificate IV (ICT40120) to Advanced Diploma (ICT60220)

• BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
• BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
• BSB50120 Diploma of Business
• BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management 
• BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business

About the role
You will be a Trainer and Assessor in the above qualifications.

The selected candidate will:
 Be actively involved in conducting training and assessment
 Ensure compliance with AQF requirements.
 Comply with all relevant legislation and company policies
 Have personal qualities which foster a high level of achievement in students
 Participate in moderation/validation sessions as required and undertaking
relevant professional development sessions as per Australian Skills Quality
Authority (ASQA) standards
 Contribute to relationships with our industry partners, internal customers and
other stakeholders

Skills & Experience
 At least 3 years industry experience relevant to training and be able to
provide industry currency
 The ability to demonstrate VET currency and Industry Currency in your
field (You must have practical experience).
 Passion for education and excellence and ability to deliver innovative,
engaging, and motivating lessons, both theory and practical
 Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and ability to
interact with individuals from various backgrounds
 Experience with training and assessment

The selected candidates must have:
 TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent /Higher
qualification

And

• ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology

OR

• BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
• BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management
• BSB50120 Diploma of Business
• BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management 
• BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business
