There are two positions on offer: Two permanent opportunities As an Inpatient Billing Officer, you will process patient accounts and payments efficiently and effectively to ensure optimal revenue generation Salary range: $43.31 - $47.71 (MCAS4) per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 What you’ll be doing Accurate billing of patients, health funds and other third-party insurers according to relevant Health Fund Contracts to ensure maximum revenue is obtained.
Process accounts and assist with the resolution of account queries for patients and Health Funds. Manage eclipse rejections and billing errors. Manage requests and follow up of certification and other documentation required for health fund billing.
