Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our dynamic Treasury team? Morgans is seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail to join us as a Billing Officer.
In this role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the accurate setup of Wealth+ accounts for fees. Additionally, you'll be at the forefront of executing precise monthly and quarterly billing runs, ensuring the timely payment of Adviser commissions. Join us in making every detail count!
What you will be doing
- Ensure that new accounts are setup as per Fee Schedules
- Process Fee Schedule changes for existing clients
- Schedule monthly and quarterly billing runs and validate the output prior to collection of fees from client accounts
- Process Wealth+ Adviser commission payments
- Co-operate with Advisers and their assistants regarding problems / queries to devise a timely resolution
What you will bring
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated whilst being proactive and displaying a sense of urgency
- Possess a basic understanding of Portfolio Management principles and processes
- Ability to quickly develop an understanding of the main Morgans systems including Salesforce, FNZ Shares and SS&C
