To be the subject matter expert, in Sales Support to the i-PRO APAC sales team of the i-PRO Product Range. Portfolio ownership by taking your personality to our customers, achieving outcomes.
Closing sales of our expanding and shifting product range to our customer base. Work dynamically to manage the pace and variety of tasks the role has on offer each day. Pre and post-sales functions for all projects to improve the close ratio to 40% of pipeline.
Key Accountability
- Work as a team with the BDM’S to achieve monthly, Quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Provide Sales Support to Distribution in providing Quotes and follow-up on open opportunities.
- Regular reporting of Sales and Order status to National Sales Manager
- Assist the sales team in event and seminar planning by booking of venues, coordinate event invitations with marketing department.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to existing system integrator database.
- Updating of Purchase order from Distribution into Sales Force and delivery ordination with SCM
- Support BDM’s with Coordinating travel requirements.
Qualification
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Sales/ Business/ Administration desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
- Relevant work experience in Security product is desirable.

- Previous Experience in Account Management/Inside Sales
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com and Power BI
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers.
- An engaging personality across all communications Channels (Video, Phone and Email)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
