ZircoDATA is one of Australia's leading providers of information management solutions to the Australian market. We provide a wide range of services including records management, paper storage, vital records archive storage, data protection services, document destruction and document translation. We are in search of a motivated Inside Sales Representative who can contribute to the Inside Sales team by generating new business from existing and new customers.
The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This position is responsible for representing the sales interests of ZircoDATA with the primary focus on winning new business, converting pre-qualified leads, and generating new business with existing customers by using up selling and cross selling tactics that ensure a great customer experience. You must be comfortable with inbound/outbound calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This position works towards specific sales targets as well as personal and business objectives and adheres to company standards and values.
The primary responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Close sales and achieve weekly, quarterly and annual quotas
- In conjunction with the Inside Sales Team Leader, work on achieving sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Report your daily activities and sales results to your Inside Sales Team Leader as required.
- Willing to work in a team environment and take part in training and meeting sessions for the benefit of yourself and the team.
- Proficient with Salesforce and utilise CRM system to maintain an accurate and current database of clients, and prospects.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and submit call reports and sales orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep up to date on current Sales techniques and theories so that your productivity will rise.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and traits:
- Atleast 2years experience in a similar role in Inside Sales
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good principles & values
- Positive can do attitude
