Inside Sales Representative
Minimum Salary : $75K
POSITION SUMMARY
Our Sales Support Representative is aligned directly to the field sales organization to drive and support account management for our Global and National customers within their assigned territory. This role maintains close relationships with the field organization and clients in both pre and post sales activities including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
We are looking for someone that will be working at our Melbourne office, where he/she will be closely working with our Account Managers -Retail.
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
- Pre-Sales Account Management
- Customer Master Data Management
- CRM, Quotation, and Order Execution Ownership
- Lead sales cycle for existing products sold to existing clients
- Client Engagement
- Customer Experience Center visit preparation
- Customer QBR preparation
- Subscription & Contract Renewals
- Full cycle sales execution
- Cross-Sell / Upsell Initiatives
- Identify and provide guidance to Inside Sales Specialist I on potential opportunities
- In-cycle upsell identification and execution
- Degree qualified
- 2+ years sales or customer facing experience
- Self-starter with outgoing personality, positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills
- Technologically Savvy - understands complex software solutions / professional services
- Strong presentation skills
