Your new role
In your new role as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving and managing a diverse portfolio of existing clients to generate sales through effective account management and customer service. You will also be responsible in streamlining internal sales processes through effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Your roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries, developing accounts and generating quotes.
- Maintaining the internal database.
- Maximising gross sales through quote analysis.
- Assisting external sales and branch managers in processing priority transactions.
- Providing technical information to customers.
- Monitoring ship dates to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensuring sales transactions are processed and closed in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally come with:
- Sales/ Customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven track record working with tight deadlines.
- Experience in SAP.
- An understanding of oil & gas, mining or industrial automation industries is preferable.
What you'll get in return
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a base salary of 75k - 85k + Super, a short-term incentive plan and 1 day flexibility to work from home once initial training is completed.
