Insight Analyst

LatitudePay Asia is seeking an Insight Analyst to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for generating customer and portfolio insights across Latitude Financial Services. In addition, you will be involved in end-to-end campaign management, including pre-analysis, execution, performance review, and fulfillment. As part of the team, your objective is to contribute to business growth, solve problems, and drive value through analytical insights and effective campaign execution.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Generate analytical insights from LFS customer base and product portfolios to support business initiatives and solve problems
• Execute ad-hoc and BAU campaigns, maintain campaign contact history, and complete the fulfillment process
• Improve ROI for Marketing Campaigns through pre-campaign targeting, execution, and post-implementation reviews
• Serve as a technical SME for executing and managing data-driven campaigns and optimizing campaign engine
• Adhere to Data Governance Policies
• Liaise closely with internal teams and external vendors for analytics and campaign activities

This role requires you to have:

• Degree or higher in Statistics, Engineering, or related numerate discipline
• Fluency in SQL and experience with large dataset management
• Experience with CDP tools such as Salesforce DataCloud (bonus)
• Proficiency in reporting tools like PowerBI or Datorama
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to perform data and statistical analysis
• Capability to share analytical findings using visualization tools
• Commercial acumen in interpreting data and developing data-based solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
