A newly created position has become available to work alongside our award-winning team at Reliance Point Cook.
This role will see you working closely with the Property Management team and provides the perfect stepping stone for a foot in the door into property management.
Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conducting routine inspections for the rental properties
- Complete inspection reports with attention to detail
- Conducting open home inspections for vacant properties
- Liaise with the Property Managers regarding any urgent maintenance required
- Adhoc duties as requested
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum qualification of Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- High-level attention to detail
- Great time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
- Proficient with technology and software applications
- Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
- Willing to provide valid Police Check
