Duration: Initial 1-month assignment, highly likely to extend
Pay: Up to $35/hour + superannuation
About the Role:
Join our global client as an Office Administrator/Receptionist. You will be the face of the office, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment.
This role involves a variety of tasks including:
- Answering calls and emails
- Keeping the office clean and tidy
- Welcoming visitors and offering coffee
- Ordering fruit and managing daily/weekly tasks etc
- Handling new activities and tasks as they arise
- Assisting with car charging and post office runs
- Organising and cleaning the office desk area
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn new systems
