The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional service, support and Training to our customers in the form of installation of software, onsite training for new and existing customers, group training, remote support and Training and associated tasks surrounding this.

What about the role:
- Install Magentus PMS products, onsite or remotely, at medical practices together with on-site and remote training for doctors and their practice staff
- Collaborate with the national migration team in the management of the product pre-installation process
- Conduct or assist with group training sessions
- Respond to customer interest in PMS products and provide training and education to practices on these products
- Maintain technical knowledge covering all aspects of PMS products
- Identify customer needs and share feedback to the product and development teams for consideration in product improvement
- Develop, build and maintain customer relationships and capture relevant information in company CRM system
- Other duties as reasonably required by the business
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Develops and maintains consistent strong operational relationships and utilises feedback from internal and external stakeholders
What qualifications and experience do I need:
Essential
- Technology or health Industry experience
- Prior training experience highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- Energetic and flexible team player
- A current Australian driver’s license
- Must have own transport
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to successfully train a diverse group of practice staff and develop good business relationships with customers
- Effective written communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise, advise and interact well with other staff members and different stakeholders
- Sound planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
Highly Desirable
- Technology and/or health industry experience
- Strong knowledge of how specialist practices operate
- Previous experience within a SaaS Software Training position.
