SalaryOur client is a leading company in the audiovisual industry, seeking a skilled and experienced AV Installation Technician to join their team. This position provides the opportunity to work on some of the largest and most technically advanced audio-visual projects within Australia, with the ability to grow into specialised fields inclusive of project management, system programming, system design, sales management, audio design and operations management.What you'll be doing:
- Installation of Audio-Visual cabling, brackets, and associated systems and racks
- Cable installation, termination, and testing
- Undertake all works documented in the A/V schematic, plan, and elevation design package
- Record and maintain relevant documentation pertaining to commissioning
- Completing documentation as requested (timesheets, site reports, etc.)
- Observe OHS standards, ensuring all work is completed in a safe manner
- Travel to regional and remote client sites when required
- A basic knowledge of audiovisual and information communication technology
- Basic hand-tool and manual handling ability
- Valid drivers license
- Construction white card (can be provided for a suitable candidate)
