About the position
- Approx. 4- 6 months.
- Part of a small Capability project team – reporting to the L&D Manager for Claims capability
- The project is responsible for the design, redesign of all learning and assessment for our whole operational claims area (2 functions – approximately 550 people).
- Create engaging learning materials for both instructor led and online training exercises including activities that enhance the learning process.
- Develop modes of assessment, such as tests, quizzes, or scenarios to assist with assessing a learner’s competency.
- Ensure learning is aligned to clear objectives at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify updates / creation of content.
- Apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design.
- Prepare and manage a detailed plan for each design project, including milestones, resources, issues and mitigants.
- Direct, recent experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Utilise a Learning Management System (Axonify) to facilitate the delivery of programs.
- Well developed communication skills.
