About the role
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team and lead the development of bespoke training focusing on the retail sector.
This role is initially part-time 3-4 days per week (potential to move to full time employment) with flexible working arrangements.
You will be working with some of Australia's leading retail brands developing training programs that make a difference to those in the retail industry.
You will work closely with clients and SMEs as well as those involved in the production process such as graphic designers and video editors.
You must have a talent and passion for creating engaging and interactive online learning experiences and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis
- Define learning objectives through workshops with SMEs
- Storyboard and Script development
- Development of eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise
- Collaboration with clients and SMEs as required
- Coordinate with Multimedia Developers: Work with graphic designers, videographers, voiceover artises, and other multimedia specialists to create high-quality content.
- Ensuring our own content is up-to-date
- LMS configuration of new courses and content as required
- Quality Assurance
- Managing your own time effectively and delivering to schedule
- Keeping up to date on learning trends and technologies
