About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for carrying out the cleaning, assembly, inspection, wrapping and sterilisation of surgical instruments and medical equipment for Beleura Private Hospital's Clinical departments.
Duties may include but are not limited to;
- Providing timely sterile products, trays, and equipment for patients undergoing surgical procedures
- You will be rotated in various allocated areas in the department, including the loan kit room
- You will ensure consistency and continuous workflow between the various Operating Theatre areas and CSSD whilst practising exceptional customer service and maintaining the high operational standards of the sterilisation department
- Working in the endoscopy area as well cleaning and re-processing of scopes
Your Skills and Experience
- Cert III or IV qualification in Sterilising Services
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience working in a Sterilising Unit
- Your positive attitude will enable you to work effectively alongside our team and independently as required
- You will be customer service oriented in both internal and external settings
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
