CARINBUNDI is an organisation based in Bundaberg, providing a range of exceptional support to eligible people with a disability for more than 30 years.
We are currently seeking to appoint an Intake Officer, tasked with assisting the Manager of Client Intake, Engagement and Service Delivery with a range of diverse administration duties.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
This position will assist the Intake team with:
- Liaising with both new and existing participants and families
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
- Assist with the development of Service Agreements for new and existing participants
- Updating participant information details within database and associated spreadsheets
This position will also assist the After Hours On-Call team
- Provide after-hours On-Call assistance, on a rostered basis
Key Selection Criteria
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Office administration – the ability to maintain records is vital
- Knowledge of the NDIS, and an understanding of funding will be looked upon favourably
- Previous experience in rostering while not essential, would be valuable
- The capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
