Job Description
The Project
ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel – Stage 2, Sydney’s third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney.
Project scope includes:

• Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction
• Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels
• Surface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway

In line with the above, ACCIONA is now looking for an Interface and Property to join the Operational Services Team. Reporting to the Interface and Property Manager at our main office in North Sydney, this role will be required to…
Specific Tasks Include

• Accurately record and track costs related to property works to produce monthly accruals and assist in control of the budget and forecasting
• Produce and manage detailed and accurate programme of activities, to allow collaboration and progress updates for delivery of other Project functions.
• Administration of subcontracts including progress payments and variations for the Interface and Property Manager’s approval
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all compliance requirements relevant to Project policies and processes.
• Management of subcontractor performance and production of quality records

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction or equivalent experience
• Experience in the Construction industry desired
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
