Operating from Melton, this organisation is currently seeking an Interim Executive Assistant to join their Team in a full-time capacity, until June 2024.
Your new role
The Executive Assistant's primary role is to provide seamless administrative support, supporting the effective management of calendars, correspondence, and communication flow contributing to the overall operational efficiency and effectiveness of administrative processes. You will also contribute to the successful implementation of initiatives by conducting research, preparing high-level reports, and engaging in effective stakeholder communication. You will also be required to:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate assigned Council reports
- Support financial administrative activities
- Coordinate and plan events
- Undertake research and write reports and correspondence
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in obtaining this opportunity, you will have a willingness to learn, a proven work ethic and experience as an Executive Assistant. You will also need:
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration or a related field with some relevant experience or lesser formal qualifications with substantial relevant experience.
- Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, document preparation, and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with privacy policies and legal requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through the preparation of high-level reports, correspondence, and project documentation, along with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to solve complex problems maintaining timelines and deliverables,
- Proven ability to organise and coordinate events, workshops, and meetings, managing logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-up with attention to detail.

- 8:30am-5pm
- $46.71 to 50.86ph +Superannuation
