Summary
Join our dynamic Client Services team at Workiva as an Intern Consultant and play a pivotal role in
transforming training materials and documentation for our client services team and external partners. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and enhance your skills in a collaborative and innovative environment while working with various tools such as Articulate Software and the Workiva Platform.
The position requires understanding the Workiva design and build best practices developed by the Client Services team and turning the build steps into easily digestible concepts. The Intern - Consultant will also interact with internal teams from Client Services and external stakeholders from our Partnership Network to accomplish the needs for the assigned project.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring a successful enablement of both internal client services members and
external partners.
What You'll Do
Design alongside Client Services team to improve the training materials for Partner and New Hires Enablement
Assist in design and implementation of custom solutions for assigned projects
Provide project and relationship management to ensure the successful execution of tasks
Evaluate the impact of instructional materials and suggest improvements based on feedback
What You'll Need
Fluent in general computer technology and software skills including document, presentation and spreadsheet functionality
Ability to learn new softwares (i.e Workiva and Articulate 360)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong presentation and communication skills
Passion for innovation and creating solutions to solve problems
Ability to recommend solutions, take direction, and collaborate within a team environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Technical Writing, Consulting , Business Administration or Information Technology
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.
