Are you ready to take the reins on an exciting opportunity? We're on the lookout for a passionate Internal Communications and Risk Specialist to drive our client's risk maturity uplift framework. In this role, you'll not only provide invaluable expertise and guidance to our Chief Risk Officer but also take the lead in executing communication plans and spearheading training and development initiatives. Your mission? Embedding our groundbreaking Risk Culture and Maturity Program into the very fabric of our organizational culture.
Position Accountabilities:
- Craft and implement targeted change management plans, training strategies, and impactful communications for the Risk Culture and Maturity Program.
- Execute change impact analysis, stakeholder identification, readiness assessments, risk mitigation planning, and change communication activities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to embed program deliverables successfully, fostering widespread adoption of change.
- Cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to minimize resistance and enhance employee engagement.
- Proactively manage stakeholder activities and issues, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Equip leaders with tools and templates to enhance operational change capabilities.
- Identify and apply valuable lessons learned throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Seamlessly integrate the Risk Culture and Maturity program into the existing cultures of the business.
You're a dynamic professional with a passion for driving positive change in the corporate world. With qualifications in law, communications or change management your expertise spans risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance within financial services. A seasoned expert in communications management, your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels sets you apart.
