In this Internal Sales position, you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience. Though not essential, your Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge will be highly advantageous.
Additional responsibilities in this role also include:
- Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner
- Build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
- Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
- Contribute to the overall branch KPI performance
- Take charge of accurate and timely processing of orders in SAP
- Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures at all times
Skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience in a retail sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Strong focus on customer service
- SAP, MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills are desirable
