International Student Recruitment Marketing Specialist –Brazil/Latam

Position Overview
You will monitor, grow and expand our existing relationships with bothstrategically important onshore and offshore Brazilian stakeholders to drivegrowth and sales in Student Recruitment. You will maintain a strategic focusand be responsible for achieving an annual sales quota and assigned strategicregional objectives, along with ensuring our partners’ needs and expectationsare met.
You will represent GreenwichCollege as a leading institution in their respective industries and report to the Head of Sales NSW, VICand National Head of ELICOS & CRICOS VET Sales and Marketing.

You will also have current industry experience within the InternationalEducation environment, and will be responsible for:
- Representing bothGreenwich College amongst the wider international agent base.
- Building, developing and maintaining relationships to drive integratedsales strategies within key marketing & recruitment channels such aseducation agents, partner colleges, businesses, Government and direct channels
- Driving performancewith key partners through various activities and support structures Ensuringprompt response to all enquiries and leads
- Monitoring andreporting on sales activity within your region and delivering sales targets inline with or abovebudgeted expectations
- Managing the marketing budget for yourregion
- Actively tracking marketing andcompetitor pricing and performance
- Maximising revenuethrough careful strategic price recommendations for Brazilian nationals and adviseonLatam as necessary
- Maintaining and updating accurate agentand student details in the company’s CRM
- Working closely andcollaboratively with other stakeholders within the organisation acrossdifferent departments to develop and implement quality services.
- Planning andexecuting industry events and expos to promote Greenwich College to ourstakeholders
- Maintainingknowledge of NextEd Group businesses and programs and promoting these when the opportunityarises
- Providing student-counselling servicesif/as required.
- Following up pendingLetters of Offer (LoO) issuance and conversion to enrolment as necessary
- Supporting the marketingteam with the development of collateral, campaigns, social media, and online content bycreating and nurturing regional-specific communications to best suit the needsof your regions
- Other tasks and market support asnecessary

Requirements
- 4+ year’s minimal experience across boththe ELICOS and/or International VET sectors supporting Brazilian education agencies
- Fluent in both written and spoken Englishand Portuguese
- Exceptional communication and customerservice skills
- Ability to travel and work occasionalnon-standard hours as required
The salary range for this role is $70,000~$75,000 AUD per annum(commensurate with experience) +superannuation and attractive incentive structure, based on performance.
