Inventory Controller

The Opportunity As the Inventory Controller you will collaborate with other departments to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. As well as: Manage stock levels through Daily and weekly cyclic counts and stock take analysis Raise purchase orders based on stock level requirements and track status for completion Ensure cycle count processes are in place and completed to enable accurate stock level management Prepare stocktake data inputting of monthly stocktake and reconcile stocktake results Manage inter-company transfers including stock control, invoicing and transport requirements and ensuring information systems track and record all stock movements Processing of stock receivables both local and intercompany Consignment stock control Preparation of all site related invoices including coding, matching purchase orders to invoices and verification of transport related con notes to invoices before approval for payment Investigation of discrepancies to final solution of any issue About You The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. As well as: Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office – strong skills in managing and interrogating data for analytical purposes IT savvy with the ability to manage and maintain ERP systems with relevant information Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Gathers and interprets relevant data to support decisions and solve problems Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and make plans to deliver on competing priorities Robust people skills with good empathy and excellent communication skills On Offer You will contribute to manufacturing the best sleep solutions on the market.
