DutiesThe Inventory Coordinator will look after a range of duties and responsibilities, including: Providing administration assistance and offering support to the general manager.Generating weekly and monthly inventory and stock level reports.Assisting in processing orders for stock.Handling pricing calculations related to products.Communicating with overseas Head Office and wholesale partners, addressing product and stock inquiries.Managing internal and external stakeholder engagement.Collaborating with sales account managers providing sales support.Supporting the team and account managers in various admin tasks.Assisting in responding to emails efficiently. Skills & ExperienceProficient in systems such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.Demonstrates superb organisational, administrative, and time management skills.Strong written and oral communication skills.Excellent numerical and financial skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Thrives as a team player but also capable of working autonomously.Displays energy, drive, enthusiasm, and initiative.
