Is this the role for you?
As part of the Digital Automation Business unit, this role is a part of the Diigtal Automation Consulting team and will be working closely with the Digital Auotmaiton Business Development Managers.
Please note this role is open to be based out of Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct end-to-end system architecture and solution design, implementations, training and commissioning of solutions, including supporting the customers UAT and BAU-handover.
- As circumstances dictate, provide expertise in solving support escalations, and/or critical situation management, within the agreed systems and SLAs, and where appropriate provide proactive identification of system enhancements, new opportunities and potential issues at Client sites.
- Acquire and maintain technical competency in Ricoh Digital Automation Solutions in primary and secondary specialisations.
- Compliment and support the Professional Services teams across the country and proactively contribute to their professional development.
- Assist national initiatives in identification of opportunities for solutions, services and positioning of the Ricoh brand as an ICT Services provider.
- Demonstrating Ricoh Digital Automation products and services to customers on site and remotely via webinar/video conferences, in conferences and seminars. You may also be required to create and present scenario-based demonstrations where required.
- Leading discovery workshops to discover and/or validate opportunities, leading requirements and design workshops and developing statement of works and solution design documents
- Contribute to responses to RFx as a technical resource. Providing cost estimation based on discovered customer requirements
- Supporting sales and presales opportunities by providing technical knowledge and expertise
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders throughout the sales and implementation cycle.
Candidate Criteria
- In-depth understanding of two or more Digital Automation pillars, which include Document Management, Intelligent Capture, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Accounts Payable Automation, Electronic Forms and Workflow
- Prior experience in implementing one or more of the following products (or a related product) is essential - Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBi, Nintex, Laserfiche, and ABBYY Flexi Capture
- Ability to lead discovery, requirements and design workshops, engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in implementations, training and commissioning of solutions, managing the fulfilment process through agreed milestones
- Excellent documentation, communication and presentation skills
Technical
- Knowledge of Web Services
- Understanding in at least one of JavaScript, .NET
- Databases – MS SQL (preferred), Oracle, MySQL
- Good understanding of infrastructure and networking (e.g. servers, storage, firewalls, load balancers etc)
