Investment Manager / Associate Director

Our client is a top tier global asset-management firm with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific. We are hiring a Investment Manager / Associate Director to be based in Australia with experience in Private Credit.
The company is looking at multi-asset portfolios but this role will specialise in the Private Credit space. This position is an expansion hire and we are looking for candidates who are keen to develop their career in a fast-moving environment. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box are keen aspects of this role and you must demonstrate a willingness to be flexible and develop the role as the business develops.
Responsibilities of an Investment Manager/Associate Director - Private Credit:

• Utilize a strong financial background to assess investments.
• Support origination and execution of investments
• Understand and/or have an interest in Australian and New Zealand markets.
• Oversee and optimize existing investments.

Requirements of an Investment Manager/Associate Director - Private Credit:

• 6+ years of work experience in Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Private Credit/Debt, Special Situations, or Opportunistic Credit.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and due diligence skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
