An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Coordinator with a keen interest in technology to join the team and play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day IT operations. You will be responsible for providing basic troubleshooting assistance, managing hardware inventory, and assisting team members with general IT queries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional support to their colleagues.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as primary internal contact for technology issues, liaising with external providers and supporting the Administration Team.
- Develop and oversee office IT systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organisational standards.
- Assist with the review of reports and trends related to technology issues, resolution, and rollout of updates.
- Coordinate IT onboarding/offboarding tasks to ensure user satisfaction and security compliance.
- Assist with the roll out of technology, user training and projects as required.
- Manage an active inventory of all company-owned operated IT assets.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in a corporate environment, gained from a similar IT support, administration, or project delivery role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organised, able to work with company processes and guidelines.
- Excellent Microsoft Office 365 Skills.
- High-level attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- 12 Month-fixed term contract
- Hybrid working
- 35-hour work week
- Salary: $111,940 package
