About the Opportunity
The role of the Change Manager is to support Endeavour Group Information Technology in managing change across Transition and Transformation Programs.
The role will ensure change is identified and planned across all programs and that visibility and forward planning is transparent and accessible across IT and the organisation.
The role will support the technology Program Managers in determining change management strategies and execution.
The role will be responsible for conducting the collective impact analyses of technology change on the people in Endeavour, liaising with leaders regarding the change impacts, and ensuring business' readiness for change.
A day in the life of an IT Change Manager @ Endeavour….
- Assist programs in planning, analysis, development and implementation of change management to provide a clear, measurable and co-ordinated approach to Change Management and communication.
- Support the programs with training needs analysis to ensure the adoption of system changes and associated process changes.
- Ensure consistency in communication across programs,
- Assist with planning and organising communication strategies, events, tools and resources
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver change management programs and ensure considered and consistent end user experiences
- Maintain accurate documentation of all planned technology change to understand the collective impact on Endeavour Technology users
- Identify key risks and Issues associated with change management
- Continuously develop improvements to change management and communication within IT
- Strong practical experience with cultural change management initiatives, organisational change management and enterprise-wide program communication
- Demonstrated experience in understanding business systems and processes and creating suitable change strategies to support successful implementations
- Experienced in facilitating change at different hierarchical layers in an organisation
- Resource management experience
- Experience integrating change management plans into project plans
- Have knowledge and experience of and change implementation in large organisations.
- Have exceptional Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Display professionalism, customer service attitude, attention to detail and quality.
- Posses and ability to work across multiple initiatives across a wide range of technologies and be flexible in their approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
