• Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Set up new employees within our systems.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
